The DWV322CB, by Westland, is less than 18 inches in height and weighs only 61 pounds, which obviously supports its image as a compact countertop dishwasher, while it claims to use not more than "2.4 to 4.2" gallons of water per wash, which theoretically should make it a good fit for RV and boat owners to whom resources may be limited (note, however, that 4.2 gallons/wash is the average across the entire category as of this writing).
That being said, it comes in a reinforced case, which Westland claims makes the dishwasher "built to withstand the rigors of the road and the sea".
