Description:
The Slowstar SW-2000 has a 3-stage reduction gear system to try and reduce noise and vibrations and yield what the manufacturer claims is the equivalent of a torque of 9HP. And its 47 RPM speed makes it one of the slowest juicers we have seen. The Slowstar can also function as a mincer and it uses an Ultem auger described as virtually BPA-free, which is better than nothing, but does not completely satisfy our OCD worries. It is also available in 120V or 220V versions.
