Description:
The Eve T1 may not be the mother of all tablets, but its upper-mid-range specs for an entry-level price can be quite tempting. To be specific, it runs the 64-bit version of Windows 8.1 which, by tradition, have included a free one-year Office 365 license. Processing is handled by a quad-core Intel Atom processor with 2GB RAM, which should be sufficient for casual web browsing, multimedia consumption, and light gaming. Out of the box, the T1 comes with a 32GB internal storage (expandable to 64GB) and up to 11 hours of battery life. Apparently, this device does not bring any new tablet functionality to the table, but frankly speaking, one can only ask too much for the price. What remains to be seen is if it can compete squarely with more familiar brands in this category, and if its price is indeed the only thing that's cheap about it, as the manufacturer claims.
