Without a doubt, the KitchenAid KMTT200OB 2-Slice Metal Toaster is just a standard 2-slice toaster that does what it was made for: toast bread. Like many toasters in its class, the KMTT200OB has 1.5-inch slots with self-centering racks, the usual shade control knob, and a dishwasher-safe removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. The manufacturer, however, claims that it has an "Even-Heat system with sensor" that promises consistent toasting. They also say it is cool to the touch even though its frame is made of metal.
