Description:
The Blendtec Mix N Blend II is a multifunctional blender - it blends, mixes, whips, and kneads in its jar or companion mixing bowl. It is designed for easy usage with its touch-pad controls. Features include an automatic eight cycle blender and an automatic five cycle mixer. Also worth mentionning is the automatic knead button, which can knead a maximum of 12 lbs of dough to a certain gluten level. It comes with an array of accessories such as a French whisk, a medium one, a kneading arm, and a stainless steel dough hook.
