Unlike most two-stage throwers whose starter is generaly electric (120V), this 32-inch machine sports a 12V battery for use in areas where a power outlet is not available. There is still the usual recoil starter as an option. The engine is smaller than those of the rest of this Professional series (342cc compared to 420cc).
